Five Nominations at the This Is Manchester Awards 2026
The Prominence Collective is delighted to have received five nominations at the This Is Manchester Awards 2026, recognising four campaigns delivered for our clients and an individual nomination for founder Edwin Buckley.
Four nominations for 'Creative & Communications Impact of the Year' recognise our late stage neurodiversity diagnosis campaign with At the Millpond, Parent Mental Health Day with Cocoon Healthcare, #WidowedAndForgotten and #WidowedAtChristmas with The Widowed Collective, and #DeserveBetter with The Proud Trust.
Edwin has also been shortlisted for 'Diversity & Inclusion Leader / Change Maker of the Year', recognising his work across communications, campaigns and engagement, including his leadership of The Prominence Collective.
The campaign nominations reflect the breadth of our PR and communications work across neurodiversity, parental mental health, widowhood and LGBTQ+ youth support. Each campaign has brought together strategic communications, lived experience, expert perspectives, content and media engagement to raise awareness of important issues and the organisations working to address them.
The nominations follow our double finalist recognition at the Prolific North Champions Awards earlier this year, where Edwin was shortlisted for ‘Prolific Leader of the Year’ and our #WidowedAtChristmas campaign with The Widowed Collective was a finalist for ‘Not-for-Profit Campaign of the Year’.
We're delighted to see our work and our clients recognised. A huge thank you to everyone involved in these campaigns, and congratulations to all the other nominees at this year's This Is Manchester Awards.
