Standing ovation

“Communications should always serve a purpose. Every campaign, piece of coverage and strategic recommendation should support wider organisational objectives, strengthen reputation and create measurable value for our clients.”

Communications Strategy

We develop communications strategies that connect what an organisation wants to achieve with the audiences it needs to reach. This includes defining objectives, audiences and messages, establishing priorities, strengthening positioning and determining how media, campaigns, content, social, thought leadership, partnerships and stakeholder communications should work together.

Our work has included fractional communications leadership, organisational communications planning, audience and messaging development, campaign architecture, content and social strategies, brand and media positioning and strategic advice around growth, launches and new services. We also work directly with founders and senior leaders, providing experienced communications counsel and additional capacity where organisations do not have that expertise in-house or need senior support alongside an existing team.

Campaigns & Launches

We conceive and deliver integrated campaigns from initial idea through to full delivery. This can include strategy, research and insight, campaign concepts and identities, messaging, creative direction, media, digital and social content, thought leadership, lived-experience storytelling, public affairs, stakeholder communications, partnerships and influencer engagement.

Our work has included national campaigns around LGBTQ+ inclusion, widowhood, healthcare, mental health and social impact, alongside organisation, service and business launches. Campaigns have secured national television, radio, print and digital coverage, attracted support from prominent public figures, brought lived experiences into national conversations and generated extensive engagement across media and digital channels. Our campaign work has also received industry awards recognition.

Media Relations

We develop media strategies that turn organisational priorities, expertise, campaigns and stories into credible editorial opportunities. Our work encompasses proactive and reactive media relations, news generation, expert commentary, founder profiling, human-interest storytelling, features and broadcast, with experience spanning national, regional, consumer, business, trade, lifestyle and specialist media.

We have secured hundreds of opportunities across BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, LBC, Times Radio, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Independent, Daily Mail, The Mirror, The Sun, Metro, Daily Express, The Big Issue, HuffPost, Digital Spy and many more. Magazine coverage has included OK!, HELLO!, new!, My Weekly, Radio Times and leading business, lifestyle and specialist titles, alongside extensive regional coverage throughout the UK.

Thought Leadership & Profiling

We help founders, executives and experts build authority around what they know, what they have achieved, and the perspectives they can credibly bring to wider conversations. We develop the positioning behind that profile as well as the opportunities through which it can be communicated.

Our work includes expert commentary, opinion pieces, founder and executive profiling, guest articles, interviews, podcasts, speaking opportunities, social media strategy and thought leadership content. We have positioned clients across conversations covering leadership, entrepreneurship, healthcare, neurodiversity, relationships, social impact and other specialist subjects, generating commissioned articles, recurring commentary, national and specialist media coverage, social media engagement, podcast invitations, speaking engagements and inbound opportunities. The focus is on building a profile that supports the individual’s wider professional or organisational objectives.

Content & Social Media

We develop content and social media strategies that give organisations and their leaders clearer direction across the channels they control. This can encompass content strategy, channel planning, campaign messaging, social media, executive and founder content, thought leadership, blogs, newsletters, website content and digital storytelling.

Our work has included developing structured multi-month social and content strategies, advising organisations on digital communications and creating content programmes around defined audiences, themes and objectives. We also develop social and digital content for integrated national campaigns, translating central campaign messages into audience-facing content, lived-experience storytelling, supporter activity and wider amplification. Content is planned as part of the communications strategy, working alongside media, campaigns, partnerships and stakeholder engagement rather than in isolation.

Partnerships & Collaborations

We develop partnerships and collaborations that create value beyond conventional communications activity. This can include commercial brand partnerships, charity collaborations, influencer and celebrity engagement, ambassador programmes, strategic introductions and purpose-led activity, with opportunities built around relevance to the client and its audiences.

Our work has involved partnerships and collaborations with organisations including AO, YHA, Manchester Airport, KAYAK, Nikwax, Propstore, G Adventures, MacBackpackers and Sloways. We have also engaged celebrities, influencers and other public figures in national campaigns and supported collaborations with charities including Marie Curie, Andy’s Man Club, Alzheimer’s Society, Refuge, The UK Sepsis Trust and Stonewall Housing, spanning fundraising, awareness, content, public engagement and social impact activity.

Reputation, Engagement & Influence

We help organisations communicate effectively with the people and groups who can influence, support or be affected by their work. This can include customers and service users, communities, supporters, partners, funders, policymakers, professional audiences and other sector stakeholders, particularly where communications involve sensitive, complex or high-profile subjects.

Our work has included stakeholder strategies and materials, public affairs and policy communications, open letters, community engagement, heritage and public-interest projects, organisational messaging and communications involving lived experience. We have supported work around subjects including healthcare, bereavement, modern slavery, criminal justice, LGBTQ+ inclusion and occupational health, helping organisations communicate clearly across different audiences while strengthening trust, positioning and reputation.
