Some of our most interesting communications work comes from working with experts, understanding what they know and finding the ideas, stories and perspectives within that expertise that can reach much wider audiences. That was at the heart of our work with business psychologist and executive ADHD coach Roxana Tascu.

Roxana combines professional expertise in business psychology and ADHD coaching with her own experience of adult ADHD. Our role was to help turn that breadth of knowledge into thought leadership and media opportunities across subjects including neurodivergence, entrepreneurship, creativity, technology, women at work and sustainable high performance.
Over a three-month campaign, we supported Roxana with thought leadership, expert commentary, interviews, features, podcasts and media relations. Rather than repeatedly pitching her on ADHD alone, we developed different editorial angles that connected her expertise with conversations happening across business, technology, creative, professional and lifestyle media.
This included exploring why creative industries can both reward and exhaust ADHD brains, the relationship between ADHD and entrepreneurship, the experiences of neurodivergent women working in technology and why high performance can sometimes conceal overwhelm and burnout. Roxana’s own experience of receiving an ADHD diagnosis at 35 also provided a valuable personal perspective on late diagnosis and why neurodivergence can remain unrecognised in successful adults.
Across the campaign, we secured 20 media, thought leadership and podcast opportunities spanning national, business, technology, creative, professional and lifestyle audiences. Coverage and commissioned opportunities included Creative Bloq, Business Matters, MyLondon, SheCanCode, UK Tech News, BITE, Ethical Marketing News, Prowess, Kin Magazine, Centrum Magazine and Hopezine, alongside a portfolio of podcast opportunities.
Our work with Roxana demonstrates the value of looking beyond a single subject when building an expert profile. By understanding her professional knowledge, lived experience and the wider conversations where her perspective could add something valuable, we created a varied body of thought leadership and media opportunities that introduced her expertise to very different audiences.
